    MERRICK WEDDING PACKAGE

    When extravagant is just not extravagant enough, have it all with the Merrick Package! This package offers the most options with all the luxurious bells and whistles. No detail has been overlooked.

    COCKTAIL HOUR

    Guests enter cocktail hour and are greeted with a signature cocktail curated with the bride and groom in mind by our team of mixologists.

     

     

    Butlers distribute a selection of six hors d’oeuvres.

     

     

    A Charcuterie Station opens offering guests a selection of cured meats, cheeses, jams, and toasts.

     

     

    The bar opens offering guests a selection of:

    – Tito’s and Grey Goose Vodka

    – Dewar’s and Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch Whisky

    – Jose Cuervo and Patron Silver Tequila

    – Jim Beam Bourbon

    – Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey

    – Seagram’s and Bombay Sapphire Gin

    – Bacardi Select Rum

    – Domestic and Imported Beer

    – House Wine

     

    Fresh fruit garnishes, juices, and soft drinks will be available. 

     

    DINNER

    Guests are seated in the main dining room and champagne is served for the toast. Warm french baguettes are served table-side with house-made whipped butter.

     

    Wine is butler passed tables-side throughout dinner. 

     

    Salad is served as a starter and the main course consists of “Surf and Turf”. Guests are all served two 4oz entrees with two accompaniments.

     

    Guest Selection: guests preselect one of two 8oz entrees each served alongside two accompaniments.

     

    A prix-fixe menu tasting is held three months prior to event date where our Executive Chef will showcase our top menu selections. 

     

    AFTER DINNER

    American Coffee and Tea is served either station style or table-side.

     

    The most fun part of choosing your menu – late night bites! A selection two late night bites will be passed throughout the dancing portion of the

    evening.

     

    A custom cake is designed at our partner bake shop – Edda’s Cake Designs. A selection meeting and tasting is held at one of Edda’s location three months prior to event. 

     

    Event concludes after five hours. 

     

    EVENT SPECIFICATIONS

    A custom selection of round and rectangular tables, chiavari and ghost chairs, textured and specialty linens, and glass charger plates are available. 

    A design consultation is scheduled three months prior to event date with our partner linen specialist, Contempo Linens at their expansive showroom.
